Maria “Decida” Wahlberg
Maria “Decida” Wahlberg is a co-creative and has been working with creative direction, direction, movement direction/improvisation and facilitation with one leg in the hybrid called pop culture and the other in organizational development and transformation processes. The bridge in between is a front line practise in the contemporary mix of (pop) art & culture, music, style/fashion and dance-scenes, (i.e. ten years of co-creating with Swedish pop icon Robyn), the experience from the “Life Style” sector, along with a theoretical understanding of media and the hyperreality, subculture and participatory culture in a socio-economic-psychological context. These are her entries into the future of co-creativity and the view of organisations as living organisms (Teal, nextgen organisations) + Society 5.0. Theory U, Social Presencing Theater, Deep Design Thinking etc builds a backbone for process leading, learning journeys and co-creation and communications from an evolutionary purpose.“For me - after twenty years + in the intersection between music, fashion, business, media, arts & culture, the only progressive way forward was to look at HOW we work together rather than at the lone result seen from a certain hegemonic perspective; a great music video, a great show, a great collection, a great album etc. Organisational development and creative work are closely knitted because a great organisation has a high level of collective intelligence(s), which also can be translated into co-creativity. And that space needs to be held by a regenerative organisation.“ - Maria

A view on the individual as well as an organisation as a living organism that adapts according to its needs in contact with the surrounding world. “To face the diverse challenges of our time like the crises of the ecology, the COVID-19 pandemic etc and the need for diversity and intersectional thinking, organisations and the people in them need to discover and hold on to their evolutionary purpose, their “why”, and take holistic systems thinking perspectives and create a truly learning organisation where people´s full competence and creativity is unleashed.” -Tobias
